Steps lead from the house down to the pool terrace. Cut into the hillside, the 9 x 4.5 m mosaic-tiled pool has a dramatic natural backdrop and there are wide roman steps leading into the shallow end.

There is a large sunbathing area around the pool tiled in rustic marble, with plenty of room for sun loungers and parasols. Pool heating is available in early and late summer to extend the bathing season.

The area below the pool has recently been terraced and planted with native shrubs and flowers. Steps lead down to a lower terrace with a wooden table and bench - a perfect spot to catch the early morning and late evening sun and to enjoy the wonderful view. The rest of the garden, of about an acre, has been left in its natural state and slopes away down the hillside, with its pine trees, Mediterranean oaks and bushes of broom, wild thyme and rosemary.

Spreading over some 300 acres of lightly wooded hillside, the domaine offers a safe, varied environment for a family holiday. There are lovely walks, a 24 x 12 m communal swimming pool, with changing rooms and showers, four hard tennis courts, a lake, with several species of unusual wildfowl, and two restaurants.
